Subscribers

Acceptances of subscriptions to the Learnmall Directories are at the sole discretion of Learnmall. Subscriptions may be free for a period of time on some services. Terms and conditions of subscription including pricing and free offers may change without notice at any time at the sole discretion of Learnmall. Subscriptions apply to the next period. i.e. are paid in advance. Discounted subscriptions may apply only to renewals made before the expiry date. Renewals to Priority Positions MUST be made before the renewal date to avoid the loss of the priority position which may be passed to the next subscriber in the queue. Priority Position Queues are dealt with strictly in accordance with a first come first served basis. If a position is lost due to late payment, the request for the position to be returned to the subscriber will be placed at the end of the queue.

Data Protection Act

In general we do not hold information relating to individuals, rather we hold information relating to companies and organisations. Notwithstanding that, we are registered with the Data Protection Registrar and implement such procedures as are required to protect the information we hold in accordance with the Act.
In particular the following applies:
1) Apart from contact names, we fully display all information we hold in our directory search results.
2) Information can be removed from our directories by subscribers logging in to their individual accounts.
3) Direct Marketing - We do not make our lists available to any third parties for marketing reasons. Communications through our lists are for the purpose of notification and update of directory listings.
4) The subscribers have the right via ID & password to rectify, erase or correct information held in our directories.
5) Contravention - If someone believes that we have not processed their information in accordance with The Data Protection Act, they should contact the Commission on 01625 545 745 for their assessment.
